We are taking the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) very seriously. We are sharing with you what we are doing to ensure you have a safe and pleasant time with us. Our small size helps us to further limit the risk of exposure since there are no crowds.
Veterans will assist with trail maintenance in the Sproul State Forest, keeping the trails clear for horse trail rides.
We are working to acquire draft horses, a covered buckboard, and a sleigh. Those who prefer not to ride horses will be able to enjoy spring, summer, and fall buckboard and winter sleigh rides through the forest.
We are teaming with Heroes and Horses, will be developing the project “Heroes and Wild Horses”. Certified trainers will work alongside the wounded veterans during the training process of these magnificent animals. Throughout the various phases, necessary supplies and equipment will be purchased and issued to them.
